About the Position
Ascend Representative reports to Ascend Camp and Retreat Center’s CEO. The position is commission-based with potential of evolving to a employment/commission model.
Key Areas of Responsibility and Essential Functions:
An Ascend Representative reflects our mission and vision in all settings.
Services existing accounts and establishes new accounts by calling existing or potential clients.
Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Complete all paperwork and documentation required including logging performance and maintenance issues of the equine herd, equipment and facilities
Respond to general requests for information
Create a nurturing, positive and professional environment while promoting Ascend.
Participate fully as a member of the Ascend staff team
Other duties as identified.
Required Knowledge and Qualifications
Previous experience in the sales
Demonstrated ability to work productively and collaboratively within a dynamic team and be adaptable.
Demonstrated history of responsibility, dependability, and maturity
Ability to positively receive and provide job coaching for personal development
Valid Driver’s License;
Commitment to a positive, fun and team-oriented working environment
Successful completion of a background check
